Carry out the audit of your search results every month

It is recommended that you Google the name of your company once a month.  Although the immeasurable majority of search engine users don't look beyond the first page of results. That is just what you should do in this case. As content on the second or third page might find its way to the first page, make sure you keep your eye on them. Think about keeping a record of what you discover in a spreadsheet, with columns for the page title, URL, status of the page and the sentiment (whether it is neutral, negative or positive).
